Mom died very suddenly a few weeks ago in her own home in Scottburgh. We were unsure of what to do next and who to contact. The doctor's surgery advised us to phone Mosaic funeral services. Right from that initial phone call, Tiaan was both empathetic and efficient. He visited our home and explained the process for us and for Mom, being flexible to accommodate our idiosyncrasies. We really appreciated not having to brave a visit to Home Affairs to obtain Mom's death certificate. This was done by Tiaan who also patiently listened to all our requests for Mom's Memorial service. Thankyou also to Odette who kindly downloaded our music requests and played them before and after the service. Recently we had to say goodbye to someone that was so very dear to us and Tiaan from Mosaic funeral group completely went more than just the extra mile to assist us. He is professional, yet so compassionate and was with us every single step of the way.
